What You Can Expect From Me:

  1. ✅ I will reply to all fully-completed check-ins (nutrition & training logged, photos & measurements shared if requested) within 24-hours of your designated check-in day…unless previously given notification of a change due to unforeseen circumstances.
  2. 💬 I am always available for you via WhatsApp and will do my best to reply as soon I can, but I do have set times during my day allocated for checking messages. With that in mind, please be aware that messages sent in the evenings / over the weekend will be replied to at my discretion and sometimes I do leave them until my next working day if they aren't urgent.
  3. ❤️ I will always be honest and clear when giving feedback, with your health and well-being at the forefront of any decisions. I am always happy to explain my rationale behind the recommendations or options I give you.
  4. ☎️ I will always be available to a book a call should you need one. I will actively suggest we have a call for one of our weekly check-ins at least once per month.
  5. ✈️ I will take 4 weeks holiday a year (not including public holidays) and will give you at least a month's notice of any personal planned holidays. We will always work around these times and make sure you're prepared for the periods I am away.

My Expectations of You:

  1. 📃 You must make sure you have a full, complete check-in on time each week. If it’s submitted late without any prior heads up, I can’t guarantee I will be able to fit you in around my other clients, and you may miss that week’s opportunity for Coach Feedback.
  2. 🗣️ Communicate with me! I like to think I’m a good listener, but I’m certainly no mind reader. If you’re struggling, with part of the process, how we’re working, or a seemingly unrelated part of life, please let me know.
  3. 🫵🏻 Take responsibility for your results. I am here to coach and guide you, but I can’t ultimately force you to go to the gym or to eat a certain amount of food. Ensure you work hard and apply the methods recommended to you.
  4. ℹ️ Share as much information with me as possible both in-and-out of check-ins, however irrelevant you feel it is, so I can give bespoke feedback and make amendments or changes where needed.
  5. 🏁 If you wish to finish coaching, please give me 1-month’s notice.
